I recommend this product

Unexpected costs amounting aprox 50% of the value

1. The tracking number I was given was faulty. 2. I had to pay additional "import duties" even if charged for shipping fees (from Canada to UK). 3. The item was dropped in the hall near the elevator. It was a gift for a 4-years kid in UK. I was charged for the shipping while purchasing it. When more than 3 weeks passed without any confirmation about the receipt I made an enquiry to find out that the recipient is requested to pay "import fees". The item is great but the "surprise" fees, faulty tracking number and the way the item was delivered (dropped near the elevator at the entrance) constitute up to the date my worst on line purchase experience. Hope other customers have different experiences and feel sad for those in the same situation.
