Stewarton, Scotland, is the heart of the country's wool production and home to the historic Lochaven mill. By using only the first shearing of lamb's wool and a special felting technique, the mill is able to produce a supremely soft, high-loft sweater that is cozier and warmer than synthetic fleece.
