Comments about National Geographic Tech Wheeled Duffel:

Back on January this year comming from Havana I purchased one of this Duffel (a little smaller) at National Geographic Store in Panama airport, after just three short travels the shoulder strap teared in one end, I tried contact people from National Geographic about this and all I got was a polite message saying that I should contact the manufacturer but there is no reference about who is and not only this I think customer has a straight relation with the seller and not the manufacturer. I am quite disappointed not only with the product which I choosed by the National Geographic signature but with National Geographic customer relations !
