The pockets are numerous and very useful. Seems good for travel. The negative would be the regular price which while not excessivde is a little expensive. But the sale price made it a great deal.

The leather elbow patches were mounted too high on the sleeves, mostly above elbows. Company representative said all in stock were the same way.

Very nice jacket, material was not as nice as I was expectinig it to be however it was ok. I ended up returning the jacket because of 2 big flaweds. The Jacket length was about 1-2 inches longer than it should be but the worst was the elbow patches are swoed on 1-2 inches higher than were they should be especialy when one bends his arm they are half way up between the elbow and the arm pit. looks very very awkward.

Overall a good value if bought on sale.

Fit and style: L fits well on my US 42-43 suit jacket frame. Sizing is of necessity not too precise; cut is fairly classic (albeit no vents).

Minor nits include the contrast leather trim on the side pockets and sleeves which detract from the "low-profile" use of this jacket - one does not want the jacket to attract attention. Also, there are no pockets designed for pens or for sunglasses.
There are many pockets, a key lanyard, even a clip for an ID to hang out of the top exterior pocket - and the lapels actually button together for those times one is caught in a windy/cold environment.

This jacket is not the same as a good wool blazer - it won't look dressy because of cut, material (cotton) and color (tan). Thus it may not be the only jacket one has to carry on trips depending on taste, occupation, and destination.

It does not look good right out of the box (it shows fold wrinkles), but the materials and finish are good for a casual garment.
