The Navajo have used turquoise in art and ritual for thousands of years. It is believed to insure favor with one's yei, a holy being who mediates between the human and supernatural worlds. It can appease the winds and help bring rain. The strands of this handcrafted necklace are meant to symbolize and connect past, present, and future. The teardrop earrings are traced with sterling silver. Please accept slight variations because of the natural materials. Handmade by Navajo artisans in Arizona.
Necklace is 19"L.

Comments about Navajo Turquoise Necklace:
Love the colour of the stones. The necklace could be a little longer, as it is almost snug against my neck, but it is beautiful. I usually pair it with another, longer necklace that compliments it.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
