Comments about 786 Mount Rogers NRA Trail Map:
I am so glad I bought this map (and two for my hiking buddies) before our trip to Mt Rogers. The park headquarters was closed on the weekend and we were so glad we already had the map. It shows all the trails, campsites, and the numbers of the gravel/dirt forest service roads so you can get to the trailheads.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's hard to wear these maps out, but with enough time (5 years) and lots of bad weather while hiking, it can be done.
