Comments about Concise Atlas of the World, 2nd edition:
I think this will be great to have around the house. My mother always had one for us and, even though computers were not for broad personal use when I was a kid, I think its good to have on hand despite computers today.
Sometimes you just have to hold something and be able to flip back and forth.
This also shows the timeline along the meridians. That's an invaluable tool especially as my brother lives in Japan with his family and we are in TN, USA.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
