Comments about Complete National Geographic on 160-GB Hard Drive - Updated Edition:
I use the photos to inspire my own artistic endeavors. The articles keep me up to date with worldly knowledge. I read in the evenings or copy some of the data to my netbook so that when I'm traveling, I can read it at the airport or on the plane. The only CON is that it is not 160 gigs and the product title says it is. I was anticipating the extra space; it is a 60 gig hard drive. There is only 10gigs extra space on it, but I am happy with the purchase supporting Nat Geo. So not really a con with the product, just misinformation on the webpage.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

From National Geographic:Sorry for the confusion; the hard drive is 160 gigs. The hard drive is partitioned into two separate sections. The "NG" partition is 60 gigs and contains 10 gigs of free space. The partition named "external" has approximately 100 gigs of free space that is available for saving documents or other files.
