Commemorate and honor one of the most enduring maritime tragedies of the 20th century with this extremely limited edition photograph of the RMS Titanic as she departed from Southampton, England, on April 10, 1912. Only four days into the crossing, she struck an iceberg and the “unsinkable” Titanic went down with 1,517 lives on her maiden voyage.

Each print is signed by Titanic survivor Millvina Dean. Dean was barely three months old when her family decided to emigrate from England to Kansas, and by a fluke, ended up as 3rd class passengers. Dean, her brother, and their mother Georgette were fortunate to be among the first steerage passengers evacuated on lifeboats. The ship’s “women and children first” policy and limited number of lifeboats meant that Dean’s father, Bertram, did not survive.

The youngest passenger on the ship’s manifest, Dean was also the last living survivor of the disaster. She passed away on May 31, 2009, at the age of 97. Only a limited number of photographs signed by Dean are still available.

8 x 10" photograph; 13 x 16" cherry-hued wooden frame with black mat.
