My brother sent me this "Skeen Dubh" as a gift. I belong to an Irish Bagpipe band and needed a Skeen Dubh as the final touch to my uniform. Not only was I personally touched by my little brothers thoughtful efforts, the Skeen Dubh" is perfect. I will charish it for ever. Thanks Bro!

Smaller than advertised.

"Decorative" is accurate. The knife is slightly less than 6 1/2 inches in length versus the advertised 7 1/2 inches. It is difficult to grip if you are older than 8yrs old...I was disappointed with this as it seems less than authentic for a "historic" item.
