- Uses one 376 watch battery and one LR1131 watch battery (both included). We recommend having a jeweler replace the battery. The case is intentionally challenging to open in order to better protect the mechanism and increase the watch's water resistance.

This is just a great looking, quality piece. It's easy to set the time and the red LED light is very powerful. Even though the clip doesn't lock, it snaps tight so I don't see losing it kayaking, hiking, or even surfing. I don't like wrist watches so this was really a nice gift and I forsee using it a lot.

This clip watch looks good and is very convenient to wear on the belt loop of a pair of jeans, especially for people whose profession does not allow wrist watches. It would be perfect for the straps of a backpack, which is why I bought it, but it's way too heavy! It weighs more than four times that of a comparable competitor. In the backcountry, where every ounce counts, that's just not acceptable. The watch is also very fragile and scratches quite easily. Mine looked very beat-up and scratched after only a few weeks of use. So if you're gentle on your stuff, and weight doesn't matter, it's great. If you're hard on your stuff and you need to count ounces, look elsewhere. Not appropriate for backcountry use.

I used the product when traveling to Egypt and Tanzania, lost it when I used a big belt and got another one. It is very handy and keeps great time. I will be using it for my trip to Europe in June and Turkey in August. I leave my fancy watch home most of the time.

I bought this watch to use in my role as an emergency medical responder. The watch has everything I need - large numbers, sweep hand for seconds, light for use in low light conditions. Unfortunately, I had it for only 3 days and it quit working. Think twice if you are going to buy this item!

Can't wear anything on my wrist, this watch clips to the strap of my purse.
IN BLUE ONLY, the white hands show up against the blue face and I can read the time without glasses on.
A simple to use watch; one function to set the time.

I bought this for myself two Christmases ago and it is still going strong. I swim several times a week and cannot see the clock on the wall without my glasses. I just clip this on my swimsuit strap and can watch the time easily. I was concerned about the watch being waterproof but I have had no problems and the watch still keeps perfect time. The paint is chipping very slowly (I bought the blue) so if that is a problem get the silver (I will next time too). When I hang up my suit, I sometimes hear the watch clunk but it hasn't affected the watch at all.

My mom gave this to me probably 8 years ago, and even though some of the paint has chipped off, it's a great prodcut. I haven't had to change the battery until somewhere in the last couple years, but these things are well made. Although I take good care of mine, it's hard to ruin these, and are worth the investment.

I work at the airport and bought it for work. I don't like wearing a watch on my arm...I hang this on badge..everything is about time there...so it's super handy to hust look down and it's right there..since it's upside down..faceing me...it is a little heavier than I wanted but I am glad I bought it...works perfectly and seems very solid...also you could just hang it from belt loop or on your bag..if you don't like wearing a watch this is a great alternative...
