Comments about 8.0-megapixel Infrared Motion-detection HD Video Camera:

Instruction manual doesn't define all terms, or at least not in a rational order. Unit isn't recognized by my Windows 7 computer as attached, even with new batteries. No drivers listed for this product at mfg's website, although many other drivers are available. Under my devices and printers, a device appears, but without mfg or other info that would clearly identify it, so not sure whether I am seeing this device or some previously installed but forgotten one. I cannot open using right click.

This is very disappointing and I will only give MFG the 48 hours their website requires for them to respond before returning to Nat Geo. It is exceedingly irritating that the mfg doesn't bother to have drivers for this product on their website.

Nat Geo should find a better vendor for this kind of product as this one is not committed to providing clear instructions or on-line support.

This is particularly irritating as we had planned for months for our Christmas gift to ourselves to be a part of the joy of our grandson's holiday visit. We'll continue to rely on scat and track identification and forego the pretense of photos.

This is a bad product. The only pic it takes is when I go to turn off the camera. Tested camera in a dark basement, and still would not snap pics.
National Geo should discontinue this camera.
