NG is extremely disappointing to me in its advertising and overnight mail service, particularly around the holidays. This product arrived 3 days too late, despite online / highly placed advertisements committing to getting this to our home by Christmas. Closing your shipping operation 4 days before Christmas and then promising 24 hour delivery is a sham. I wasted $50 on shipping for a product I had to return, and they never even apologized. Fool me once...
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
