Best off the shelf basic survival solution

        Comments about Sol Outdoor Multitool:

Better than the do it yourself metal container with hinged lids my Dad and myself made for Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts when I was younger. Complete, just a bit large for pants pockets but fits in most fanny packs, hip packs or camping backpacks.

              Comments about Sol Outdoor Multitool:

As a good off the shelf basic survival kit, this is much better than the "do it yourself" kits I would make with my Dad for Cub Scout and Boy Scouts for my den or troop with resealable hinged lid cans from mints or bandage strips. Better fire starter than newpaper and cotton string soaked in wax or parafin.

                Comments about Sol Outdoor Multitool:

I got this for my 12-year-old grandson who is into adventure. The many gadgets fuel his imagination, and he helps flatten cardboard boxes for recycling with the knife. I am glad I purchased this.
