I bought this product for my husband. We liked it so much I bought 2 more for my son-in-laws for Christmas. Then one son-in-law is in the Navy and he was leaving and taking it with him. My daughter liked it so much I bought one for her.

I did not like the style of this clock and thought it would be well suited for travel, but it was not (too big). What I most disliked is NG return policy, I sent this product back and it took them over 5 weeks to acknowledge the return. Also, I had to pay shipping both directions for an inexpensive product, so not worth it.

I didn't like the product design (look) but that is not my displeasure with the product. When I returned the product it took them almost five weeks to acknowledge the return and two visa cycles to credit me the price. When I call to ask, the sales person was rude. I will not shop NGS ever again!
