I watched this series when it premiered on the National Geographic Chanel. All three episodes blew my mind. Very interesting to learn about senses and perception, attention, memory. Neil Patrick Harris makes a great narrator - slips seamlessly into the subject matter without being distracting (as opposed to Morgan Freeman, Sigourney Weaver, Avery Brooks - narrators whose voices instantly separate them from the images being shown) Lots of new information without being condescending or too elementary, and still engaging and entertaining. Play along! Your brain WILL lie to you! I don't know what to believe anymore (c:

I have 3 daughters, 2 with doctorates and they love this. The 3rd one has a bachelors and works with children and found this very enlightening. All 3 said they will use the knowledge gained in this series to improve themselves. Their outlook and how they view the world around them has been greatly influenced by these 3 videos. Thank you.
