Airplanes are the lifeblood of Alaska, transporting critical supplies and rescuing the lost and injured in areas where roads don't reach. But violent weather and extreme terrain make these the most dangerous skies in the country, and bush pilots often go beyond the call of duty to get the job done. The new series Alaska Wing Men goes inside this perilous profession to witness firsthand the risks they face.

How our DVDs and DVD-Rs Differ
Customers who purchase programs in the NG DVD-R Library will receive a non-interactive, play only disc. There is no chaptering information on these DVDs, but there are chapter marks approximately every five minutes, which make it easy to fast forward through a program. The DVD-R format provides the digital video and audio quality you expect from all of our DVDs.
NOTE: The NG DVD-R titles are not closed-captioned. We apologize for any inconvenience this limitation may cause.

Skipping forward too soon
Comments about Alaska Wing Men Seasons One and Two DVD-R Set:
Three disc DVD-R set.
Discs one and two have same skipping forward too soon issue.
Discs one and two have five episodes on them.
At the end of the episode the DVD player forwards to the next episode.
Each episode has seven chapters of various time durations.
The second chapter is 10 minutes long, but each episode is at least 45 minutes long.
At the end of the second chapter of the third episode the player skips forward to the fourth episode! This happened on my DVD player and my Blu Ray player, so it is not a hardware issue!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
