Artisans in both Belgrade and Blace, Serbia, make our cotton cardigan with allover floral patterns inspired by the embroidered skirts and aprons (called pregace) of Serbian folk costume. It was not uncommon for women in rural villages to wear traditional dress every day as recently as the 1980s.
Good as light layer as it is smooth,it has a beautiful color,it is comfortable,and well made.I would say that the neckline is a bit wide,so that if if anyone likes to size up,for that reason, don't do it!

This was a beautiful sweater and a great weight for summer evenings. But the neckline was huge, as was the waist. It fit through the shoulders, so going down a size wouldn't work. What a shame. I could have really used this if it fit properly.
