Ikat is a type of weaving where the pattern emerges according to how the warp and weft threads are dyed. This flattering split-V-neck tunic reproduces traditional Indian ikat patterns in easy-care printed cotton. The back of the tunic matches the trim on the neckline, hem, and cuffs.
Made in India. 100% cotton. Women’s sizes S (4-6), M (8-10), L (12-14), XL (16-18). Medium is 30" long.
This tunic was a little longer than I expected, so it doesn't work so well with shorts, but it's nice with slim capris, jeans, slacks, or even a knee length pencil skirt. Nice material that catches a summer breeze, and feels cool, not sticky. Flared across the hips, but still hangs nicely if you don't have broad hips.
All in all, I liked this shirt better than I expected to. It's nice for those hot days when I feel like dressing a little boho, but don't want to look sloppy.
