Ancient Chinese lore tells that when tigers die, their souls become amber. In Old Norse tradition, amber symbolized the tears of the goddess of love.
Here, flowers are carved in the back of amber cabochons using a small hand drill in a technique known as intaglio. Set in sterling silver bezels. Please allow for slight variations in each handcrafted piece.
