I've worn out the insides of my first pair. Outside is only scuffed looking. They are at least 6-7 years old. I love the feel of these shoes. Wish I could get a new pair of insoles to keep my old ones going for just at home use,and they are so warm.

I ordered this product as a Christmas gift, but they run small so I needed to exchange them. See below for a review of exchanging products with NatGeo. Now that the correct size shoes have arrived and have been worn only occasionally for three weeks, they have torn. The elastic on the side has ripped apart from the last. If I want to exchange them, I'll have to pay shipping again. Never again will I order from Nat Geo.

I bought these shoes to "slip on" for quick outdoor errands...however, once I put them on, they became my "go to" shoes everyday! I ordered two pair of these shoes in different colors, thinking I would choose when I saw them and had a chance to try them on. After I tried them, there was no way either pair was going back. These are wonderfully comfortable, warm enough to deal with the harsh winter where I live, and exactly the type of slip-on convenience I need for the numerous air travel trips I have already booked. Most comfortable shoes I have worn. I bought a second pair during sale. Have diabetes and callouses are a problem with most shoes. These are really cushy. Need to be aired-out if worn everyday. Foot powder or a little baking powerd will prevent smell.

I just bought these shoes needing a new pair of slippers that I could wear inside and outside to get wood for the stove. They are better than I'd expected. The sole has exceptional grip, the sheepskin lining is so comfortable, the ease to slide in and out is convenient while the foot is secure within the shoe. The only thing not so perfect is that I think they look a little masculine... the toe looks square to me... which is probably why they are so comfortable. I love them overall.

I had high expectations when I ordered these "shoes" (I think they are more like rugged slippers.) I was looking for a slipper that could put up with my abuse and that I still think "ahhhh" when I put them on. I wanted something I could wear all day long in the house, and take the dogs for a walk or hike down the lane. Since the day I got these, they are the first shoes I slip on in the morning and upon returning from work (and out of high heels) at night. I bought a pair for my husband as well and he likes the sturdy soles. I am buying another pair because I don't want to be without this shoe ever again.

If you want comfort and warmth for your feet but not the sweat these are the shoes to wear around the house. Although not the most stylish looking pair the shearling fleece controls moisture and the contoured sole cushions the feet.
As a full time mom I wear these all day to run my errands, do housework, walk to the store or the mailbox. My feet never feel sweaty.
I have worn out my first pair so I am getting ready to purchase a new pair.
I recommend to order one size up if one wears half sizes just as the ad describes in the magazine.
One thing about a shearling fleece foot insole is that it wears out after a lot of use. I had to buy a new one but found it difficult to fit exactly as the original. Other than that I would recommend these to anyone who is about comfort and practicality.
