I use this watch every day. I am a firefighter and save lives on the Delaware River. Before I bought this watch, I was on the Delaware River practicing when a very dangerous storm approached. I thought we would have to dump our fireboat at one of the refineries along the Delaware shore. This storm had bad wind, thunder and lighting, and bad waves.
On our way back to the boat ramp I was thinking as a safety officer how I could protect myself and my firefighting friends from fast approaching storms that we were not aware.
I went home and in the mail I received the National Geographic Catalog in 2008. I looked at the catalog an found the Path Finder Global Atomic Watch since I bought this watch I no longer get stuck in any bad storms in the Delaware River.
There is one problem I did have with my first watch. I broke the resin band from wear and tear. Other than that I just bought my second watch and as a safety officer I do recommend this watch to all the boating, camping, hiking and any other outdoors men and women. It may be high in price but no one can put a price on their life.
