With its Old West styling and crushable design, our suede rancher hat is perfect for packing in a suitcase. It springs back into form thanks to a wire-reinforced brim and steam-blocked shape. Like the perfect pair of boots, the rich cowhide leather gains character with age, telling the story of your travels. Handmade by a 65-year-old company in Sedgewickville, Missouri.
The brim width is 3" and the crown height is 4". There is no chin cord for this hat. Made in Missouri. U.S. Sizes M (7–7 1/8), L (7 1/4–7 3/8), XL (7 1/2–7 3/4).
The first hat was great shape but too large. (We even measured my head before we ordered) Returned (at a cost of $15.00). Second one fit my head, but the brim was out of shape and it looks like Jed Clampet on the Beverly Hillbillys. Everything else we ordered is excellent. Very disappointed on this item.

Wonderful looking hat... I was sure I measured my husband's head and ordered the size indicated on the size chart. But the hat I ordered is way too small...and now I notice that the size chart listed has a smaller circumference listed for size XL as for the Large. I need to exchange the hat now. I hope the replacement hat will fit because it is really a nice one!
