      Have been searching for a stylish packable travel hat for cooler wet climes. I added a sizing strip under the sweatband to tighten it up a bit-voila! Then, I added a great hatband to jazz it up a bit-voila, again! Delighted with the reasonable price! Extremely pleased!

          I always get positive comments when I wear this hat. I did change out the hatband. Found a nice horsehair and silver band that really dresses up the hat. The original hatband is tacked in place with some glue, so be careful if you replace the original band.

          I don't have much hair on the top of my head and the wool is nice and toasty. For the most part I only wear the hat when the temperature is below 60 degrees or so. Very comfortable and easy to wear.

              I really like the look of the hat. It is resilient but it feels like a small breeze could carry it away. After I wear it for a while it makes my forehead itch. Now I have to think about putting a headband inside the hat to keep the wool off my forehead. Not what I had in mind!
