India is home to more than 1,300 species of birds, from colorful kingfishers to graceful shore birds to the stately peacock. The fanciful bird on this supple leather handbag is inspired by the Common Kingfisher and the migrating birds that visit the Gudavi Bird Sanctuary in the southwestern state of Karnataka.
