My everday companion. Very stylish. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP. The color of the leather varies and is very charming. Good leather and will wear well. I noticed comments about a smell.. mine had a bit. But nothing bad.. doesn't everthing you don't have smell strange when you finally get it? All it takes is just a bit of airing and to putting your life into it.. absolutly love this hand bad!

Very pretty bag and well made, too. BUT, the closure is very difficult to use, the bag itself is a bit small and the inside pockt (zippered) is totally useless because it is so small and flat. I had bought it as a present, but I returned it rather than giving it.

I knew this bag was not going to be made of ultra-soft leather, but I didn't expect to be able to stand on it and not have it bend or give at all. I usually use a bag smaller than this & can fit everything I need to carry in it, because the leather gives. I couldn't fit as much in this larger bag because of the stiffness.

Replaced my Europen style leather carryall with this bag. It is super! Doesn't smell like some have said. Just the wonderful smell of hard thick leather. Use it everyday to carry wallet, meds, pens, check books and cell phone. Better than having a big bulge in my back pants pocket.

love the bag..but put it out in the cold garage area to remove the smell when received. think the leather was the culptrit. left it there and the odor disappeared in time. does not smell anymore.

Good quality leather, thick and robust. The clasp takes a little long to close, but I'll get use to it. The customer service was excellent after some shipping issues (my mistake). They were really kind and responded quickly.

Bought this for my wife, but I am sending it back ... the leather is hard and rigid; the back is concave, which is unattractive; it will be hard to clasp and unclasp; the color is lighter than in the photo.

I loved the look of this bag. I was looking for something "saddle bag" style and liked this one better than any others I've found. However, like another review mentioned, it has an unpleasant odor. I did not want to risk keeping it to see if the odor went away so I sent it back. Would have loved the bag without the smell.

I would like to update my previous review. The smell of the bag has faded. I let it air out for about 2 weeks and wiped down the inside a few times with Febreeze. I am now using the bag everyday and really like it.
