Comments about National Geographic Angry Birds:

I am a retired school librarian, so usually don't run into problems. I have used National Geographic books since my own children were small and really liked them.

That being said, I really don't like the content of much of this book. I bought it for a grandchild's birthday. He reads and comprehends at a 6th grade level and enjoys "fact books". He reads many books and magazines by NG, but he is 8.

This book is disturbing to me even as an adult reader. Tho it is interesting, it gives you the same creepy feeling as Daphne du Maurier's book and movie by Alfred Hitchcock "The Birds".

This is NOT just "Angry Birds", but people attacking with a vengeance birds. You will be eyeing the ones outside with an uneasy feeling after reading thru this!

I would recommend it only with reader cautions.

Comments about National Geographic Angry Birds:

I think this book is great. I have birds and deemed one of mine the original Angry Bird. He hates everyone but me (but I think I'm just tolerated). My Birds & I go to schools to educate kids about them as pets.
This was a great addition to our program. I think the kids will enjoy it.
