I always order 2 calendars, one for a gift. This year, I received only 1 and promptly emailed CS,"I received a UPS delivery today tracking #1Z 75A 45E YW 20285721, noted 1 of 1. It had only one 2013 engagement calendar. As you can see, I ordered two of these calendars. Can you tell me why both were not shipped at the same time?" NG's reply was "we have processed the return
of the item(s) listed below. A refund is being processed." Dumbfounded, I emailed "I didn't request a credit; I wanted the second calendar that I ordered originally." I am disappointed in the unresponsive answer, but moreso that I was not able to receive the second calendar.

The full year calendars on the back cover provide a handy reference for dates of the previous year as well as the year to come. Better than other engagement calendars I have tried.
