When I go hiking I wear the binoculars on my belt. I don't even know that it's there. Works great for wildlife viewing and to follow the trail up ahead.

I will soon order another one for my wife. She is always wanting to use mine. She deserves her very own, she is also a birder.
Buy this binocular. You will not be sorry. Peace.

I bought these binoculars for my trip to Svalbard, Norway and they fell apart within a month. The lens eyepiece just fell off and I couldn't put it back on. They weren't good quality viewing anyway, so National Geographic refunded me and told me to keep them. I don't have any use for them, so they'll go to the landfill. I bought a set in Norway made in Sweden for about $41 and what a difference! The ones from Norway were quality, and they worked out beautifully.

One little thing which I would change, in the case: One side of the loop at the back to be closed/open without having to take off your belt.
