To determine the proper collar size, measure the circumference of the throat at the base of the neck.
Small: 13"-15" (33-38 cm) base of neck
Lhasa Apso, Cockapoo, Jack Russell, Beagle, small Terriers, Cocker Spaniel
Medium: 16"-19" (40.5-48.25 cm) base of neck

Dogs with any breathing problems, such as "pushed-in faces" that restrict breathing; dogs with trachea or throat problems, such as Pomeranians; and dogs with elongated, overly slender necks, such as Greyhounds, should NOT use the collar.
