This book grabbed me! I read it in several days while I was laid up sick at home & it moved me. The pictures tell a story but the narrative took me right there. I feel like I know exactly what the writer went through. Great job of not swaying her opinion or leading the reader anywhere. It is not meant as a pro or con to these cultures. I saw all aspects of this section of a world I may never see. I feel like I know them a lot better, & as members of the human race... I identify.
Thank you for the opportunity to learn more about LIFE!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
