The map is beautiful, with nice muted colors. I had debated between laminated or not, and ultimately decided on non-laminated. The paper is good quality and I'm happy with that decision.
I bought the World map and the United States map of the same coloring to use to track our travels, as the United States portion of this map is too small to pinpoint exact areas we have visited. My only critique is that these two complementary maps should be the same size. The World Map is a bit wider. Fortunately, they are the same height, so I was able to mount, frame and hang them side by side, and the width differences aren't noticeable.
