Comments about National Geographic Magazine Digital Access (Canada):
The instructions for a neophite Ipad user on how to download the 'APP' were less than helpful, and the response from the Help desk still assumed a level of knowledge I did not have. Better instructions would be easy to do and useful.
I was also disappointed to discover that the archive does not include the issues from the last eight months or so - in consequence I would have to spend another $40-$50 to access them. This was not mentioned in any of the sales information before I bought the subscription.
Ipad is the only medium supported. Given the prevalence of Android and Windows 8, I also find this disappointing.
Was this a gift?:
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
