It's the paleontological discovery of a lifetime—a complete T. rex skeleton ready for excavation. Aspiring palentologists can imagine the thrill of a real dinosaur dig, but without the dirt. Players draw cards with informative dino-facts to see which ancient bone they'll retrieve with the special tool. But be careful! If the tool touches the side of that bone's pit, the T. rex roars, and you lose a turn. Whoever gets the most bones wins in a game that builds eye-hand coordination even as it teaches and amuses the whole family.

Comments about National Geographic Dino Xcavator:

I am a teacher and I use this product with the class when we study our dinosuar unit. The children love to hunt and remove the bones from the dinosaur without making him roar. My students loved it so much that I am buying a new one because the old dinosaur game was well loved and needed to be retired.
