Comments about Handcrafted Himalayan Copper Bracelet:

I and my son wear these every day, sweat, bath and sleep with it and have not experienced any of the cons in the other comments. We are both L-XL sized guys. I would prefer a broader one but it was accurately described as APPROXIMATELY .5 inch so no surprises there. (Actually 7/16ths). It is copper folks...it will tarnish, develop patina and require some cleaning if you want it to be shiny all the time. I personally prefer to let it show its experience. BTW it went undetected at the airport body scan!!!!

THE BRACELET IS TRIMMED IN SHINY COPPER EXCEPT WHERE THERE IS A REPAIR MADE WITH SOLDER. I DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL I WENT TO WEAR IT. BY THEN I HAD THROWN OUT ALL OF THE PAPER WORK. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF WEARING IT. SO IT WAS MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I WILL NOT ORDER ANY MORE FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION.

Comments about Handcrafted Himalayan Copper Bracelet:

I love anything copper, as we all know, it has healing properties. Had many copper bracelets when young, it was stylish to wear thin round ones, maybe as many as 4 or 5 or 6 on one arm, like one would gold or silver, and a lovely stylish watch on the other. Wearing dresses and tops that were sleeveless in our youth in the summer, with a light tan, made it look even prettier and it helped with aches and pains from repetitious use of one's arms and hands.
We do love this, but it is a little fragile so if you have any that are a solid round bangle in future, would be a good thought. Bless you.

This handsome handcrafted bracelet combines traditional Eastern medicine with one of the most significant mantras in Buddhism for an accent that is as meaningful as it is beautiful. Saying, or even reading, the words Om mani padme hum is believed to invoke the Buddha of Compassion, called Avalokitesvara in Sanskrit or Chenrezig in Tibetan. Some traditions within Eastern medicine use copper and brass for their purported power to alleviate arthritis and increase circulation. These two beliefs intertwine in a hand-hammered copper, brass, and white metal cuff. The Tibetan script for Om mani padme hum is overlaid on the face of the bracelet.

Feathers play an important part in the rituals and legends of many indigenous American cultures. For the Navajo in the Southwest, eagle feathers are especially important. They’re used to bless sacred spaces, in costumes for ceremonial dances, and in the prayer plumes that gave protection to mythological warriors. Our sterling silver bracelet is handcrafted by Navajo artisans in Arizona in the design of a stylized feather.

Early in the 20th century, people discovered how to induce the transformation of a grain of sand into an organic gem, the pearl. Since that time, the natural irregularities of baroque cultured pearls have been treasured by women all over the world. These cultured freshwater pearls are available in shades of honeysuckle, goldenrod, lavender, and rose and are strung on generous elastic. The colors of these bracelets coordinate beautifully together or can be worn singly. Read more about pearls in the June 1997 National Geographic.
