Comments about Handcrafted Himalayan Copper Bracelet:

The comments about turning skin green. I only had that happen when I wore it tight. Now I've worn mine for a month (except shower & sleep) and NO green because I wear it loose so it slides from my hand to my arm about 3 inches.

I gave one to a friend who said she has gotten many positive comments from others. I am buying more for "stocking stuffers"... with the caveat to wear it a bit loose.

Very well made, should last years.

I don't know if copper really helps those with arthritis or not. However, it certainly does not hurt and I really like the design history of its craftmanship.

Early in the 20th century, people discovered how to induce the transformation of a grain of sand into an organic gem, the pearl. Since that time, the natural irregularities of baroque cultured pearls have been treasured by women all over the world. These cultured freshwater pearls are available in shades of honeysuckle, goldenrod, lavender, and rose and are strung on generous elastic. The colors of these bracelets coordinate beautifully together or can be worn singly. Read more about pearls in the June 1997 National Geographic.
