Bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew; received the package, tried it out (packaging is "open" at certain spots so you can test it, which turned out to be a good thing), and it was horrible! All three "voices" sound the same as each other, and you can barely hear them; just sounded like a static-y mess and you can hear the user's voice over that. Not recommended for the price. Will be returning this ASAP and going to the toy store to find something different instead.

      Comments about Voice Changer:

Toy really did NOT work as advertised. The voice changer just made some slilly indistinguishable sounds that never "changed" your voice. The ad was very misleading. Comming from the National Geographic catalog, I was totally disappointed. I will never buy from this catalog again!

        Comments about Voice Changer:

I gave this to my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. I was concerned because I read many bad reviews of other companies voice changers that broke immediately. That is why I bought one that was guaranteed. He loves it and so do his siblings. They live in Texas where they are outside a good deal of the time and that is great because voice changers are loud which is exactly why children like them. I am very pleased with this one. If it breaks I know that it is guaranteed but it is very sturdy it seems to me.

Acclaimed anthropologist and explorer Wade Davis makes a remarkable journey into the heart of war-torn Colombia to visit one of the indigenous groups that call themselves the Elder Brothers. These extraordinary people claim to be the last descendants of a once-great civilization, the Tairona, and to speak with their voice. Could they be the last window we have on the great high civilizations of the ancient Americas?

Secrets of the mummy —revealed! Ancient human grave sites speak volumes to those who listen. These haunting human "time capsules" have been uncovered all over the world. Some even reach a certain level of fame: The Ampato maiden sacrificed on an Andes peak; The Alpine Ice Man, the oldest frozen mummy ever found; England's 9,000-year-old Cheddar Man. Others' stories are known only to the ages, like a cache of elaborately adorned 7,000-year-old mummies unearthed in Chile, and the thousands of Egyptian mummies actually burned as train fuel in the 19th century. Modern science now allows us to explore these human treasures without destroying them, and connects us all to the secrets of Ancient Graves: Secrets of the Dead.
